French source ‘LeSport10’ claim that League one big spenders PSG are ready to offer Chelsea striker Fernando Torres a new life. The 28 year old misfiring Spaniard is losing his ground at Stamford Bridge PSG is not the only club interested in signing the former Liverpool man. AS Monaco, another French club also showed some interest in landing the Chelsea misfit, at the right price.
Fernando Torres has already made 102 appearances for the Blues, but failed to impress everyone including Chelsea supporters and managed to score only 26 goals. PSG are second on the league one table, 2 points behind Lyon and the side mainly relies on Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s goal scoring form. Zlatan has already scored 18 goals this season, and Manager Carlo Ancelotti consider Torres as a cover for their star striker. Chelsea could sell Torres, if PSG are willing to pay a decent amount and the Spaniard has fallen behind Demba Ba as a first team choice.
AS Monaco manager and former Chelsea head, Claudio Ranieri is also interested in signing Torres. There are rumors surrounding a swap between Radamel Falcao and Fernando Torres is also alive on the card. Torres always wanted to rejoin Atletico Madrid as retire from where he has begun his life.

Chelsea target Vlad Chiriches could move to Inter Milan revealed Gigi Becali, chief of Romanian club, Steaua Bucharest. According to Skysports, the 23 year old defender could make a move to Inter Milan by the end of January transfer window, if they receive a fee in the region of £8.5 million.
Gigi Becali told Romanian TV station DigiSport, “"I'm prepared to let him go to Inter because Victor Becali (the player's agent) has promised that they would have first option on him."If they give me 10 million Euros for the player, I'll let him go right now, seriously."
Sky Sports claim that Chelsea is believed to have expressed an early interest in the Romanian, but no official bid has been made by the West London side. AC Milan and Lyon are also interested in signing Vlad Chiriches.
Who is Vlad Chiriches?
Vlad moved to FC International Curtea de Arges, back in 2007/08 and managed to earn 15 appearances for the Romanian side and later moved to Pandurili Targu Jiu. Chiriches joined Steaua Bukarest during last January transfer window for less than a million pound. He has made 41 appearances for Steaua Bukarest and scored two goals for them. He is considered as one of the best young center backs in Romanian league, because of his awareness and precise marking skills. He is not the strongest defender you can buy, but a decent purchase for a decent amount. He can also function as a right back or a defensive midfielder.
Is he a good buy for Chelsea?
Chelsea is not in an immediate need of a defender and they already have four senior defenders in their squad. We also have talented youngsters in our squad, so missing out on Vlad Chiriches won’t affect Chelsea at all..!

Blues plan future bid for Mario Gomez

Chelsea considers a summer bid for Bayern Munchen striker Mario Gomez as a backup plan if the Blues fail to land Radamel Falcao or Cavani. The German International hasn’t enjoyed much of a success since returning from knee injury in November and Blues are in big need for a new striker after their misery continues on Fernando Torres, who is very inconsistent at the moment.
Mario Gomez is one of the finest strikers in Bundesliga and he was also the top scorer for the last two seasons. However, new signing Mario Mandzukic is considered ahead of the German International for as a first team regular. Mario Gomez made 8 appearances this season and five of them as substitute which is highly disappointing for a goal poacher of his quality. However, he managed to score four goals for the German giants. Blues are planning to make us of this situation if they happened to fail to land Atletico Madrid’s Radamel Falcao or Napoli striker Edinson Cavani.
Mario Gomez has a very good goal scoring record in the German league and for his country. He has scored 98 goals for Bayern from 150 games and also registered 24 assists in his tally. His record at VfB Stuttgart was also very impressive scoring 87 goals from 158 games. There is no doubt over his talent and ability to score goals, but is he a good target for Chelsea?
He will soon turn 28 and undoubtedly at his peak of form. Bayern signed him back in 2009 for £ 26 million and now he is rated at £ 37 million. Although, he is cheaper than Falcao or Cavani, it will be a wise move, if Chelsea sign a much younger player for a much lesser amount, who can serve the club for a long time.
What do you think about Mario Gomez? Should Chelsea approach Bayern for this deal?
Here is some of the career highlights of Mario Gomez

Torres: escape route via Madrid

Spanish club Atletico Madrid ready to offer an escape route to misfiring Fernando Torres reports “Sunday Express”. Fernando Torres always want to rejoin his former club, were he is considered as a living legend and this offer is really tempting for the Spaniard after mistreated by the Chelsea supporters during the Swansea game.
Fernando Torres came up through the Atletico Madrid youth system and he was very popular during his stay at Estadio Vicente Calderón. He has a terrific goal scoring record at Madrid with over 45 senior goals.(75 goals in total). Fernando Torres has expressed his desire to go back to his parent club earlier in August.
He said,” I am not hiding who I am, which team I support and to which club I owe more than any other, and I hope...it will continue like that.'
The 28 year old, Spain international is not a fans favorite at Stamford bridge anymore and many of the Chelsea supporters are not happy with Torres for his lack of form. Torres was unable to reproduce his brilliant form which he used to display during his days with Liverpool and El-Nino could never live up to his ₤50 million price tag since his arrival in 2011.
Reports from Spain, suggest that Atletico Madrid are willing to resign the Chelsea striker, if he is willing to take less wages. There are other European clubs, hoping to take advantage of the situation including PSG and Monaco. Some of the sources reports, Liverpool are willing to sign him back for  Chelsea are heavily linked with Falcao and like my friend ‘AJAY’ wrote in his article, Chelsea can use Torres as a bait to catch Falcao and I am sure the Blues will go for it in the near future.
Most of these rumors are hard to believe, but one thing for sure. The treatment he received from the supporters will have a serious impact on his. Not sure, whether it is for the good or bad, Fernando Torres must start scoring more goals, or else Chelsea will show him exit doors.

Should Chelsea buy Modric

Chelsea are planning a fresh bid for Real Madrid's Luka Modric. Roman Abramovich is ready to splash £20 million to tempt Real Madrid to sell the 27 year Croatian International. The former Tottenham attacking midfielder didn't has much of a success in Spain and failed to deliver under Jose Mourinho. The Russian owner want to make use of the opportunity.
Roman always wanted to sign Modric from Spurs, but unable to land him even after a serious £40 million bid. Chelsea are hoping to find a new replacement for Frank Lampard after failing to offer a new deal for the English International. Taison, who was expected to join Stamford Bridge, switched to Shakhtar Donetsk for $20 million, which turn out to be a huge blow for Chelsea. Chelsea are also monitoring Spaniard, Isco, but the chances of landing him is very narrow.
All these latest events turned Chelsea's attention towards Luka Modric, who has a lot of premiere league experience under his boot. However, Modric is definitely a Madrid flop after scoring a single goal from 24 games and the price tag on him even at £20 million seems to be real high. Most of the Spanish media consider Modric as the "worst signing of the season".
Should Chelsea buy Modric? It is a serious question to discuss. He may be out of form and Chelsea are already tired of misfiring BIG FISH and few others. However, by considering the experience he got at top level, it can be considered as a good purchase. He is highly skilled and creative. Chelsea do lack some one at the centre of the park, who can create a good move, some one with a good vision. If Chelsea didn't offer a new deal for Frank, then the Blues really need a replacement.
What do you think of Luka Modric? Should Chelsea buy him after his flop season at Santiago Bernabeu?

Chelsea signed De Bruyne, 20, from Genk on transfer deadline day, but the attacking midfielder will remain with the Belgian club until the end of the season.
It has been reported that De Bruyne could also spent next season on loan at Genk and, while that remains a possibility, it appears the Belgium international has set his sights on a stint in one of Europe's elite leagues.
"The move to Chelsea is something I always wanted," he told the media in his homeland. "Next season, I would like to play in a league of a higher level than the one in Belgium.
"There has been contact [about a loan elsewhere] but no decision as yet. There have also been negotiations over whether I will play for Genk again next season, but there's nothing about that in the contract.
"This transfer is a quite a big step forwards for my career, but for now I am just hoping to play well for Genk for the next six months and avoid injury."
Chelsea signed goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois from Genk in the summer before sending him on a season-long loan to Atletico Madrid.
